One person said (think his username is Draco?) that Mxy has beaten Spectre about 3 times. Can anyone list those times besides? I guess Emperor Joker is one. The other might be the Elseworlds. But what's the third?

Yeah, I think the Bugs Bunny is accurate, and I place both of them above Captain Kirk, who's a few notches above McGuyver.
It's hard to beat a character that can just make shit up.
Mxy does it with the best of them though, and Bugs is pretty much the benchmark.

Bah, Kirk could seal a breach in the warp manifold with less.
Plus he can beat up several Klingons at once, in hand to hand combat. Something no other human can do. Due to their nature of hand to hand specialists, and far faster reations, and higher strength.

Thing is Mxy doesn't go around destroying planets or galaxies in universe threatening battles as its just not in his character. He would rather impose limits on himself and have fun with lower dimensional beings. Joker with 1% of batmites power was easily able to rewrite time lines and history also summon people like darkseid to fight for him. His power is insane, one of the few characters that constantly breaks the 4th wall by speaking to the reader or mentioning things about other comics. He isn't a serious a character and he basically represents the DC editorial chief person.
The problem is when bitter fanboys get all upset and try place him in a hierarchy or gauge his power compared to some one else when really his power is not one that can be measured. As already said he sort of reminds me of bugs bunny in the way he just makes stuff up or out of nothing, always joking about and making gestures to the audience.
