the tiers can be organized according to amount of posts

Skyfather: Mods and anyone with 20,000 + posts

Transcendent: 15,000 + posts

Herald: 10,000 - 14,999 posts

Metahuman: 5,000 - 9,999 posts

Street: 0 - 4,999 posts
