A new age is upon us, and in preparation for the upcoming Battle Zone event I hereby summon forth the Heralds of Galactus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purpose: To practice and promote GOOD debating on the forum and to feed our master Galactus with the life-energies of our opponents in the Battle Zone.
Rules of Conduct
1. We don't bash or flame. Now I know that will be hard for pretty much everyone on the roster(including and especially me) but the fact is that as Heralds we should be above using things like petty insults to make ourselves look superior in a debate. Now that’s not to say that we won’t slip up occasionally, but if a Herald spots another Herald in a bash/flame war on the forum he should step in and remind the wayward Herald of his origins. Members who can’t control their behavior will be striped of the Power Cosmic and left on an abandoned planet in the middle of a dead galaxy(meaning that you’ll be kicked out of the group). Of course, bashing/flaming another Herald is ABSOLUTELY prohibited, and is grounds for immediate expulsion(so I’d suggest that you guys be nice to each other).
2. We back up everything we say with evidence. We don’t base our debates off of speculation or fanboyism, just the cold hard facts that are printed in black and white and are supported by both logic and consistency.
3. We're going to try to absolutely DOMINATE the Battle Zone and any tourney's that arise to supply energy for our master. If you don't want to compete in the Battle Zone much no one will force you, but you'll HAVE to participate everyone once in a while because the Battle Zone is one of the foundations of the team.
4. No duel team memberships. As Heralds our loyalty is dedicated to one being and that’s Galactus.
5. We back each other up. That’s not to say that we have to AGREE with what our teammates are saying all the time, but team members SHOULD be supported when they’re the ones providing all the evidence and are being unjustly attacked by the opposition for it.

Now like the GLC this is an invite only team which means that if we want you as a member we’ll PM you, otherwise you’re not getting in. Of course UNLIKE the GLC our policy DOES stem from our being elitist because let’s face it, we’re better than everybody else .
With all that being said…
Fellow Heralds go forth and seek sustenance for our master!

And at present I don't really have any targets as far as the Battle Zone go. I want to avoid actual team rivalries if at all possible because that's already killed a couple of teams here on KMC.
