wolverine villain.
many people have said he is simply a human with telepathy.
Though I can't concern in a single issue were this was stated.
He was shown to be far faster then even taskmaster.
He was able to catch arrows that were likly movign as fast if not faster then normal bullets with ease.
The dude screams meta human in most area's.
just wanted to see others opinions on the matter.
also were does his fighting skill be at? Is he top tier? I would think so.

Im talking about his physical abilities.
I am also talking about how skilled he is.
also why would wolverine beating him make him a D level villain?
I mean he accomplished his set goals almost every time.
