Crappiest Heroes

Who just plain sucks at being a hero?

I say Black Goliath, he lost to frigging Stilt Man. Almost all his fights he loses some how. He tries to help the heroes and does jack crap. He had a few feats but my god he sucks.

But ignoing him I mean heroes who are just bad at their jobs.
