After reading the latest Search for Ray Palmer, I was wondering:
If you were transported to that universe, and met an alternate version of yourself of the opposite gender, and she wanted to have sex with you, would you do it?
I haven't decided. As long as there wasn't procreation involved (the genetic similarities, probably identical save for the sex genes, would ensure double doses of numerous recessive genes, creating all sorts of potential problems), otherwise I'd probably be ok with it.
I'd also have to be hot. I'm not sure how I'd look as a chick.

I've thought of this question before but really saying your ok with it is still saying your ok with incest.
I mean would you have sex with your identical twin if you were homosexual and found yourself very attractive? Would you have sex with your fraternal twin if they were of the opposite sex and you thought they were as hot as they come?
Also it would actually be possible, thou incredibly unlikely to have an identical twin with a rare hormonal imbalance that actually has them appear and grow to basically be the opposite sex. There was even an episode of House about one of these situations and yes its actually medical possibility.
Ether way I'm quite the sex addict but while I want as much as I can get I don't want it like that.

Oh, and to entity; it would not be an incestuous pairing. Incest is having sex with a close relative. You are not a relative of this alternate universe you. You aren't even a relative of the main universe 'you.'
You are simply you - even if it extends to other universes. As Digi said, I'd never have a child with myself, but I'd most definitely have sex with myself.
