Grabbing energy for the win. DC's ripping off the Hulk now. "ATTUM SMASH MONARCH!" gotta love the blatant rip there.

Ripping by having a huge muscular guy going "ATTUM SMASH MONARCH!"

Looks like DC's version of the Hulk, and cosmic powered no less (like when Hulk was giving off radiation during WWH 5).

I doubt they're ripping off the Hulk. Not many people even realize that Hulk has feats that involved grabbing energy (besides I've never seen ones on that level)

Well that's definitely taking the Hulk grabbing energy to a whole new level, Hulk has grabbed energy before plenty of times, but using it to pull on someone like a rope seems a little overboard.
