What would happen to the comic book worlds if...
1. We were transported there with all of our knowledge of their world? Be is as each of us individually or our group as a whole.
2. A comic shop just appeared in the corner of their world with all that information of the reality of their world.
3. How much would just one of us be capable of in a comic world with no powers other than anyway we could apply our comic knowledge?

Darkseid would torture each and every one of us for the rest of the anti-life equation.

Everyone would assume we were nuts. Then SHIELD or Batman would kidnap us.

Panic on the part of heroes. Celebration on the part of villains.

Nothing.

Wouldn't the villians be in the same predicament? (Ie, knowledge about them would be just as available).

Fewer villains have vulnerable families.

They may not have vulnerable families but they still have secrets they don't want known or weaknesses they don't want known.
Anyways the first thing I would do is get in touch with a powerful Hero. Someone like Superman or Green Lantern. That way I knew I would be somewhat safe.
Then I would work on getting Superpowers somehow.

I'd meditate and channel a particular emotion, then join one of the rainbow-flavored Corps that are popping up soon in GL continuity.

Statistically speaking, you wouldn't be. You'd be the guy who is never even in a comic and lives a pretty normal life, unless you lived in the center of one of the major cities (Metropolis, Gotham, Faucett, etc.)

....meh......anyway why take the risk? I would be pretty nervous living in the MU without powers.

Make a deal with Mephisto, get in touch with powerful characters, or hide in Batman's cave.

I don't know if this is in-continuity, but wasn't there an issue of She-Hulk where a judge declared comic books historical records?

Well if we began using oure knowlegde it would turn things upside down.

Lets assume that knowlegde is indeed power as it happend with Korvac when he pluged himself into Taa II and then take into account that we actually knows everything (I assume a group of beings) LT go home and cry me a river

Yeah, they are. In-canon 616 Stan Lee (Not God Stan Lee) made a deal with the F4 to publish their adventures as comics. However I doubt their is much accuracy about them. Ie : "Oh no my one true actual weakness!" type stuff they probably fabricated for necessity.
