How could you destroy the world by saving the day?
Your goal is to go back to any point in space time and do only good deeds that would most likely cause incredible harm eventually as a direct or indirect result.
For example.
I've chosen to go back and convince the Kryptonians that Jor-El is right about the planet's possible destruction and have helped them to save it all. Then I show up knock the gun outta Joe Chill's hand before he was able to attack Tomas and Martha Wayne. I transport Bruce Banner and Rick Jones from the site of the gamma bomb blast. Make sure uncle Ben's killer was caught and arrested just hours before he'd even went to the Parker's residence. Pulled Barry Allen out of the way of the chemicals and lighting bolt. And added the extra shielding needed for Reed Richard's space ship to be protected against cosmic radiation.
So basically what are the best deeds that could have been done to have led to the worst conincidences?

Hmm, very good question. What about preventing the FF4 from taking their fateful space trip through the cosmic rays that created their powers? That would also have prevented the birth of Franklin Richards (or at least his powers). Hasn't Reed protected earth from Galactus at least once?
Knocking Superman's spaceshift off trajectory.... to Apokalips.
Not only has Superman saved the omniverse, multiverse, universe a million times over, in this scenario, he's far more likely to simply take it all over.
Parker never learns his all important lesson of responsiblity that comes with his powers and continues to exploit his powers for greed, and gradually becomes worse and worse and bullies a geek called Octavious, who becomes so filled with rage he goes on a shooting spree and kills himself. Police later discover that Octavious was on the verge of discovering the cure for both AIDS and cancer.
prevent Cap America from being frozen in the 50s...thereby causing him to be much older in present day, and he never becomes leader of the Avengers and an entire generation of heroes never experience Captain America's great leadership qualities
