I notice that these 2 beings never get used in the versus boards, What can you guys tell me about them? Are they not powerful enough to hang with the other cosmics or is there just too little known about them?

Eon was stated to have been created by Kronos (later retconned to Eternity). He was killed by Maelstrom. Epoch is his daughter, and is more inexperienced with her powers.
One thing I remember about Eon was that his true body was large enough to fill a universe. He also had and could grant cosmic awareness.
