Meggan’s abilities can roughly be divided into empathic, elemental and metamorphic, although all three powers tie together complementing each other.
Empath
Her empathic abilities are strong enough to fool the Phoenix Force, in the proximity of Rachel Summers she leeches it away.

Meggan can see psionic phenomena and the residual effects after such events. She can also discern between natural and psionically created phenomena.

Thanks. And yeah, she's not in the vs forum much, but when she is she seems to be underrated until someone posts the picture of her growing to face Galactus. Then the thread ends. 
Then again I really don't want her to get overrated either (which is what repect threads can sometimes do) so I've tried to put in a bit of context when appropriate.
