Hawkman & Hawkgirl Respect Thread

Introduction:
The Hawks have been DC�s long-standing flying couple and have some of the most confusing history of any character. Several incarnations of Hawkman have appeared in DC Comics, all of them characterized by the use of archaic weaponry and by large, artificial wings, attached to a harness made from a special metal that allows flight. Most incarnations of Hawkman work closely with a partner/romantic interest named Hawkgirl or Hawkwoman.

The Golden Age Hawkman is the most well received is Carter Hall, an archeologist who was the reincarnation of an ancient Egyptian prince. He currently is still Hawkman with his loved one Kendra Saunders the current Hawkgirl. Others have taken up the mantle from Thanagarian officers (Katar Hol & Shayera Hol) as well as a Thanagarian spy named Fel Andar.

Awesome job KM. I've been waiting to see some Hawkman feats forever. 2 quick questions: Since the Nth metal allows him to fly does he have to flap his wings? Is his strength about 20x peak human?

Don't know, sometimes his wings don't move while others times they flap. I would wager they don't technically have to. Also once again unqualified, he lifted a plane so I would assume it is over 20x peak human.

Here Matter Master uses Carter's own shield and nearly cuts off his arm. Few seconds later, Carter is charging into battle and a few minutes later back at the Batcave the wounds is almost completly healed
