One of Firestar's first appearance's under The Hellions, she shows her power by speedblitzing Colossus. Notice the heat she emits is strong enough to burn flesh, without even being close to Rachel she poses a threat.

On the next page, while still carrying Colossus, Firestar is seen flying through a mountain "as if it were air."

Her first introduction in a Thor comic, Juggernaut is impressed by her blowing up a train car, in his hands.

Firestar melts dozens of girders in an instant, producing a pool of molten slag that is used to contain Juggs.

She is able to heat up Juggs to the point where he is white hot



Anglica shows off her speed once more as she is able to snatch Night Trasher right from under Juggie’s nose.

Showing a unique way to use her microwaves, Firestar is able to heat the air causing an updraft, something similar to telekinesis.

Demonstrates her reflexes and abilites as she melts bullets point blank.


Once Firestar realizes Emma Frost is really the White Queen, she grows furious with betrayal, showing her power as she pwns Emma and blows up her base.

Emma tought Firestar how to use her microwaves to become immune to psychic attacks, and Angelica uses it aganst her.





Blows up the enite underground complex of Frost's school.

The one thing that sets Firestar apart from all other fire manipulaters is that because she is microwave based, her powers are direct and precise.
Even though it's a stupid scan, it shows the temperature control and precise heat that Firestar is able to emit.

Firestar takes out some Freedom Force soilders...shows a level of strength as she catches a lightpole.



Firestar takes on 8 robots, each represents a member of a Freedom Force...basically proving she can be a team buster.
The team consisted of Blob, Pyro, Spiral, Mystique, Destiny, Avalanche, and 2 random idiots.

Firestar opens a stargate portal, a feat only shared by Phoenix and Binary. She is also mentioned to be the most powerful member of The New Warriors, and have 'near limitless' power in space.
