III. Speed/Agility/Skill Feats
Lots are stronger. A few are faster. But he might be the most agile character in all of comic-dom, and his reflexes are second to none. He’s the ultimate in dodging. And while there’s plenty of instances where he gets hit (usually while in mid-air and unable to maneuver or when someone is in danger and he has to divert his energy away from the fight) those instances are far fewer than the number of occasions where he dodges a ridiculous number of bullets/blasts/punches/etc. Here’s just a few examples…

Here’s a nice speed feat against the Green Goblin. He is out of webbing and can’t stick to walls (Goblin sprayed him with something so he couldn’t) but he still manages to elude GG and get the better of him.

It’s important to note that Surfer was trying to fight the symbiote’s influence, so he wasn’t going all out, but the symbiote would take control occasionally and the blasts were aimed to kill.
