Punisher vs Daredevil
Punishers first fight with Daredevil...he wins.
Punishers second encounter with DD
Note: DD says "I know you're are missing me unpurpose." DD states how when he shot him before he was using tranquilizers but this time hes using real bullets. Punisher could have shot him but did not want to shoot an innocent. That is a win for DD but only by circumstance.
Punishers fights DD again. DD is doing better but Frank actually doesnt do that bad at all. This fight defintely does not put DD miles apart from Frank in skill because Frank shows some skill too.
Before you start telling me that its Einnis, all Frank did was push DD out of a window and use his body weight to mess him up, well within his capabilities. If you want to argue that it was just cirumstance I can give you an example where Punisher could have won but DD was lucky because of cirumstances below......
Note:Did DD plan for the bullet to bounce off the ground into Punishers leg? Nope. Notice how Frank is on the floor in agony (despite the fact he has taken worse damage) and just manages to barely miss DD. What would have happened if Punisher was in no pain and standing up, the knife would have hit DD in the head. Also bare in mind in their second encounter Punisher could have actually beaten DD as mentioned before.

Please get the number of the stupid writer who decided the only way for Punisher to have a good fight with Cap is if he was only suffering from a degenerative disease. Do some research and stop ruining my character.
Punisher vs Wolverine
Punisher shoots Wolverine and has a short scuffle with him....Punishers leg was injured by the way....this is a non Einnis fight.
This Frank is taking on a pissed off MK. Well apparently MK is third tier but many a time has gone toe-toe-toe with Spiderman. The jurys still out on that one.....
Another fight with Punisher and MK they are both holding back but if you look at the scans above Frank is able to take on MK even when hes serious.
Damn good showing from Frank vs a guy that goes H2H with Thor. Frank loses in the end but shows he can use his weapons against powerful characters and shows some agility as well.
Note:Frank was willing to blow himself up in the process with spent plutonuim (yeah he can get his hands on that as well), it may not have killed Ulik but it probably would have really really really ****** him up.

Frank exploded the explosives in his stomache and made him revert back to Banner. On the outside it would be nothing but on the inside it was too much.
Spider-man trailing who he thinks is an unsuspecting Punisher.Franks is able to lead him right into a trap and could have finished him off right there.

Frank exploded the explosives in his stomache and made him revert back to Banner. On the outside it would be nothing but on the inside it was too much.
