This is a thread dedicated to wildcat of the JSA.he's tough, stubborn, a boxing-champ, and a chauvinist. pretty much the ultimate's man's man.lol

oh, and just to clarify. NO TROLLING OR SPAMMING. relevant/appropriate comments are fine as well as relevant/appropriate suggestions. i can appreciate appreciation always, and have no problems taking helpful advice, but please, don't post non-sense.


here's wildcat's original origin story as told in the pages of Sensation Comics #1. just to be clear, many other heroes debuted in this same comic(including wonderwoman/mr.terrific), and it is no where near the size of the complete issue:

7.WC takes a shot from a JSA villian whom i fail to remember the name of, along with mister terrific, dr. midnite, and a blast's from star girl's staff. he is only KOed for a few moments, if at all. he cleverly sneaks a black out ball off of mid-nite during the beating and busts him and fate out of jail. note that wildcat is the only one this JSA villian cannot control.too stubborn i suppose:

3.WC fights batman. this was their first fight. it's a stalemate because their spiked gloves were purposely poisoned by joker, but WC had the obvious edge, knocking batman off his feet. batman staggered to his feet and replied " you almost tore my head off with that last one"

BTW, they're not really fighting over just a dog.the puppy contain's a cure to an epidemic

4.WC fights tigress. she has superhuman fighting skills beyond that of any human, that's right, any human. and she has enhanced senses.WC is doing fine until his mom is threatened and he is distracted. he as a result of that plus another distraction, he loses, but he cracks her ribs and leaves her injured in the process:

ted and alan were the reason i started collecting JSA. i remember thinking "wildcat and alan scott are on a team together?" because up until then i'd only seen them in guest appearances and what have you. it's good to see wildcat getting some respect.
