Legion is 10 times the Telepath Xavier is without any formal training. Then you have to consider he is a monstrous Telekinetic, Pyrokinetic, and Time Manipulator. Those abilities alone should place him in the top tiers, but if you stop, and consider his newly acquired mutations numbering in the thousands…simply makes him an absolute monster. Where’s before Legion depended on energy to accomplish feats, now he physically manifests the desired mutation from one of his personalities. Marvel has barely scratch the list of his mutant abilities. Even magic or mysticism seems to be within his realm of grasp, if you look hard enough you can spot a traditional witch in the background as one of his personalities. And just when you thought Legion couldn’t be anymore broken, his ability to absorb the minds of his victims, and assimilate its knowledge/power puts to shame Rouge own ability at her own game....His presence or his touch not required! X__X
Hopefully Marvel will keep him long enough to explore the depths of this specific mutants. Hopefully Marvel can expand on what it means to be an Omega Mutant. And hopefully we can see more ass kicking arcs like the entire Messiah arcs. This can be a lot to hope for, even in the age of Heroes.

Thank you for your complements. Personally I think he is a beast. And even at his current power level. He has the capacity to adapt, and grow stronger considering he could always absorb the psyche of his victims and gain his/her power. Which makes him utterly broken.
All that’s left is instant adaptation ala Fury/Amazo.
Oh and Dur Speed Force. Because operating at bajillion times the speed of light warrants victories over Skyfathers and shiz.

Take for example Rachel who at the time was in a remote location in the Shi’Ar Emporium south of the Universe, had her mind shattered, and rewritten reality 616 took a turn into the Age of X.
