We'll start with a description of Black Alice's powerset...

In a nutshell, Alice can steal/dupe the abilities of ANY magic user she chooses, for ranging amounts of time. At first Alice had to be within close proximity of said magic user(s) before she could steal his/her powers-- but as she became more adept with her abilities, she could steal magical powers no matter how far away from the 'source' she was. Also note that whenever Alice steals a magic user's abilities, she also gains any magical artifacts they commonly wield as well.
