It's a split imo. There's certain circumstances that either couldn't prevail in due to powerset.

Wonder woman and its not that close imo.
Sentry is more powerful sure but he is also possibly retarded and batshit crazy.
I'm not that familiar with all of WW feats and villains but I have a feeling there is certain circumstances that required skill and intelligence.
I can't think of a single Sentry fight that required anything more than power, something ww can duplicate to a degree
