i just became a member and i have no idea on how to get the pitures and quotes! AHHHHHHHHHH! its driving me mad! i need help! please help!

quotes: underneat every post a member makes you see two buttons on the right-hand side, namely edit and quote, just hit the quote button and you quote him/her
pictures: get the URL and place the [img] tags around it
