New 'Off-Topic' Forum
A new forum has been created where all the "zany" threads and games will be living.
The forum has basically no rules and has no restrictions. Post what you want, where you want, when you want. No moderators will touch anything there. Only exclusions are overtly offensive threads.
I will be moving all the games and off-topic threads there.
Anyway questions or comments, please post here.

When he says 'zany' he's probably refering to things like that guy in Silence of the Lambs who tucks his weener in and dances in front of the mirror. 'Off topic' probably refers to subjects like farting and your mom.
