Ancient artifacts or just antiques
Do you have any?
Well, about 11 years ago, my brither and my cousin were digging a whole in my cousin's backyard and they found some artifacts. I don't know if they are really artifacts of the mayan culture and I would really like to know.
I've gone to the American Museum of Natural History in New York City but I never had the opportunity to show them what I had.
Well, this are the pieces:

I suggest that you take them down to your local museum or university anthropology/archaeology dept and ask if you want to know more about them - if they are indeed ancient artefacts you should be able to keep them if they are really common pieces but sometimes they like to keep them for research or recording at least but I wouldn't worry too much. Only if it's really valuable would they want to know all the details of where you got it, whose land it was etc but other then that it's always really cool to find things like that and preserve them even if just for your own pleasure
I am not driven by people’ s praise and I am not slowed down by people’ s criticism.
