Wow...what a thread. Geez, I've got to lean towards Doomsday or Thor.
Hulk-too one dimensional in this fight. If he were to pick and choose his spots, he could easily be the victor in this. But it is not his style to think during a scrum, so he is a victim of his stupidity in this one.
Apoc-makes this interesting, but not enough, imo.
You really needs some of the Thor and Doomie experts to put their 2 cents in.

Hulk has potential for limitless strenght, but no one would grant him the chance to become a problem.He's the first going down.
Now we got Apocalypse, the guy can enhance his strenght at great levels, i mean, he beat down Hulk and make him his horseman War.Probably Thor can wipe out him with Mjolnir or Doomsday with brute strenght, cause his external energy absorption grants him limitless strenght like Hulk, also he can change his shape to transform parts of his body into weapons, i give this to Thor cause he possess various powers, with Mjolnir he can manage to absorb energy from Apocalypse and when he's weakned finish him.Doomsday was defeated from Thor during AVENGERS VS JLA crossover, but anyway was just showed Thor shattering Doomsday with Mjolnir knocking back him.In the successive pictures Thor was still fighting so he defeat him.Probably assuming that he cannot be killed twice in the same way, the Thunder God can use GodForce against him, or teleport him near a wormhole and throw him into it, or absorb his solar energy from his body, cause DD is powered by solar energy, and without his reservoirs of energy he would be so weak that Thor would be able to finish him.
Finally Apocalypse and Thor are the two last fighters, but the fight would be really hard, maybe they kill each other in the fight.

Interesting. I am kind of leaning towards Thor, although I wouldn't put Doomsday out easily.

yah, thor probably. hulk and doomsday are too one-dimensional, altho dd is kinda hard to kill. but thor has a whole lot of powers at his disposal so i think he'd win
