The worst emoticon ever...

What the hell is the point of this emoticon? I see people using it all the time and there is absolutely no point to it. It's meant to show no emotion, like "I don't care" type of a thing. It serves the same purpose as if you put NO emoticon after a statement. Cut the shit. no expression
