Bull. Two days prep will give Norman(the one who learned how to diminish oxygen in seconds and also made PLASMA WEAPONS) enough time to make something to defeat Max. Besides, Norman's regeneration and durability will keep him fighting enough to take Electro out.
And since when GG regenerates?
And don't forget, Electro, portrayed in the right way, can unleash storms of metal objects, see cars, poles, and he could surely lift bus and throw them to the goblin team.What about messing up the circuitry in their costumes, or just tapping into the electrical energies of the buildings unleashing an omnidirectional blast?
You don't call coming back from MAJOR body wounds from the Glider regeneration? Besides, remember what I said. Electro admitted that he does not want to mess with Norman. Besides, two days prep for Norman is amazing. The guy has created absobtion devices before, so why not an electric absorber? Not to mention that Norman's a bullet timer. Anyone who can get past a barrage of bullets from a ftwenty people gang is a bullet timer.
Ultimate Goblin can emit fire blasts, leap great distances but NOT FLY, was very slow, Hawkeye impaled him with his arrows without any difficult.
As for Classic GG, being able to dodge bullets doesn't mean he can beat Electro.Spidey can dodge bullet but in Marvel Knights got smacked down pretty bad.Electro caused the massive escape from the RAFT.

Considering that GG knows everything about Electro and gets two days prep, he would have something to counter Electro. You are underestimating Norman badly. Besides, Spidey tried the "smackdown" method, so he lost. GG is smart enough to stay away and use whatever he makes to take down Max(wwith needed bullet timing which he has). Plus, I doubt Electro can honestly stop an oxygen bomb. Max doesn't have the durability to take one of those buggers. It took Spiderman out of commition and used one on the Human Torch, defeating the FF member.
