I say this without any hesitation, but even after all
those years I still love "Chip 'n' Dale's Rescue Rangers".
Excellent!
"Duck Tales", "Thundaar the Barbarian", "the X-Men" (of
the 90's), and a short-run, little known Cartoon Network
creation called "Mike, Lu, and Og", top my remaining five.
Never heard of "Denver..." and your other one, british yes?
We didn't get too many british cartoons here in the US,
except for "Danger Mouse" and "Count Duckula", two
excellent imports indeed.

My favorite cartoon might be Family Guy, but there are plenty up there. The original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, the Simpsons, everything that ever aired on the Marvel Action Hour, the original Batman cartoon, and the Superman cartoon, Thundercats...
you are so right chip n' dale are the best cartoon ever i never used to miss an episode but it is a little harder now that i am 13 and in junior high to watch cartoons but i here that they still play chip n' dale on some stations
Funny, while Transformers and G.I Joe lasted longer, and
therefore long enough to eventually suck, He-Man lasted
less, wasn't re-played that often, and therefore is more
fondly remembered by people our generation as an
overall excellent cartoon.
Maybe if these first two hadn't lasted so damned long, and
introduced so many stupid characters, then they'd be as
missed as He-Man.
Man, the 1980's really were the Golden Age of television
cartoons. That was back when cartoon-makers still had
great characters, as well as great toys. None of all this
anime and anime-inspired b.s.!
My opinion though.
