Did anyone find out who the blue Jedi on the council was, as seen in Ep. II, Trailer D: Clone Wars?

No, not Aayla Secura. She wasn't on the Council. It's in Trailer D, when Obi-Wan and Anakin are standing in the Council room. There's an alien Jedi with a diamond shaped head.
