 Rumors of a lost 5th House..................

Anyone hear of this?

Supposedly [SPOILER - highlight to read]: there was a another wizard in teh collection of magi that started Hogwarts. His name was Horatio Hogg. But because he was close to being a squib, the other four tossed him out. Anyone know if this is purely Internet babblings?
