Battle takes place in Metropolis. Team Doom has two weeks of prep due to the large numbers on the JLA/JSA side.. Doom has full knowledge of the JLA/JSA members. The JLA & JSA have know idea about the planned assault. Doom plans to attack them at a charity event at one of Metropolis's huge parks.

Dr.Doom is what people sometimes mistake Batman for,Give all that prep time combined with Dr.Strange on his team should be enough and Everyone else is actually unneccasary[powerful sure but not needed]
This also happens because of the weaknesses of some of these heroes.Alen Scott is monsterously powerful for instance but something as simple as a baseball can take him out with his Wood weakness[or something like what Mr.Terriffic did in Virtue and Vice].Im sure everyone wont be taken down all "Tower of babel" style easy [Where the JLA was gimmickless Pro wrestler in the 80s style pathetic] but given Doom/Stranges ability and without Dr.Fate to counter[and Zatanna not being quite as good on the fly] team Doom should win

EvilCap...Alan's wood weakness is gone. But you're right, he is monstrously powerful. The JSA consider him their "big gun".
Doom and Strange with that kind of prep is rough though...team Doom wins.
