How about someone on earth, our time being born with loads of Metachlorians in his blood and developing Jedi powers. Maybe trained by a ghost of some other Jedi who died from the Star wars Galaxy( distance canīt be an issue for ghosts), or some secret organisation like in the Highlander series who help him/her develop.
Maybe a super Hero sort of scenario with the person being the only Jedi on earth. I donīt think loads of Jediīs or Siths running arround like in the SW movies would go down well, also no only Sithīs as apponents.
Itīd be cool if the "hero" would develop powers from both sides thus bringing an internal mental battle into the story, a bit like the Hulk maybe (when our hero is getting a beating by some mutant bady he gets angry because the bady just smacked his girlfriend and in his rage spawns lightning.)
A lot of maybeīs but could be interesting, dunno where the light saber would come from though, maybe hidden in some ancient temple found in Peru or something.
And to all the "this isnīt new, see thread xxx" and "Daft pointless thread" posters. KMA
Donīt be such a mindless lump with no imagination, I can think of thousands of scenarios which would lead to an excellent story. But I agree, at least one other force user would be important for the story, preferably some really mean bady like the bady in the original highlander film.

Nah, not to good of an idea IMHO, I would hate to see a jedi on earth, I don't really like jedi anyway, to hipporcritical and to weak and cowerdess hiding from their emotion, who does that?!

It's an image worth pondering for a moment. Maybe, when you cut past the instrumental and songwriting virtuosity, the funny voices and characters, what is left is a man alone in his recording studio for days at a time.
The thought of this movie idea makes my blood curdle. It has nothing to do with Episode III, I shall move it to Lit and EU where it may die and honorable death.
