ok so I had a small storm blow up and had a power serge and it of course knocked out my net....it came back within seconds and I was back on only this is the problem though...
since I came back on, I cant get into my admin acct on my pc...it keeps telling me my password is wrong. Yes Im typing it in correctly...Ive tried over and over and had someone else try for me too....its not accepting my password.
right before this happened I realized I had a virus and was about to scan for it to rid it of the pesky bugger. It was eating my kmc images....however in this family acct the kmc images are fine and there doesnt seemed to be a problem.
anyone know how this is possible or what can be done to fix it?
I dont know how to creat a new admin acct...my other admin acct had the security set so it was the only one that could do that...if I knew a back door to get into it I would.
sigs and smilies and the little PM symbol at the top and such.
I was just reading a PM and my windows shut down on me without me shutting it down...I had to restart the whole thing
