Flash vs. Silver Surfer
I know I may take some abuse for making this thread but if Flash can outrun Supermans heatvision and has the power to steal speed from others can Norrin defeat him?
Most likely but I think Flash has the ability to give Norrin Radd a run for his money.
Heres how I see the fight going Norrin starts blasting at Wally with the power cosmic but Wally just outruns the blasts like he does Supermans heat vision but then Wally steals the speed from Norrin making him motionless and then proceeds to IMP or vibrate through Norrin making him explode.
