The Great Star Wars Excerpts
I'm sure we have all heard tlbauerle's wonderful Symphony for a Saga. I too have made a couple of tracks that I would like to share with KMC Forums. I mixed them from all the Star Wars OST soundtracks. Currently there is one of two (so far) that are completed. They are titled:
The Bad [completed] [link to come soon!]
Exerpts from:
"Main Title" from The Phantom Menace
"Anakin' vs. Obi-Wan" from Revenge of the Sith
"Duel of the Fates" from The Phantom Menace
"The Arena" from Attack of the Clones
"General Grevious" from Revenge of the Sith
"Grevious Speaks to Lord Sidious" from Revenge of the Sith
"Anakin's Betrayal" from Revenge of the Sith
The Good [incomplete]
Exerpts from:
"Betrayal at Bespin" from Empire Strikes Back
"Lando's Palace" from Empire Strikes Back
"The Homestead" from A New Hope
Obviously the titles are themed from the excerpts. That's all that has been completed (as of April 25th, 2005) so far. Hopefully I will have some more tracks available soon.

I am currently working on another setion of my mix. The current selection will be titled, "The Good," which will come primarily from the Original Trilogy (Episodes IV, V, and VI). So far, selections are:
"Betrayal at Bespin" from The Empire Strikes Back
"Lando's Palace" from The Empire Strikes Back
"Yoda's Theme" from The Empire Strikes Back

I listened on my way to work Battle of the Heros, and then Duel of the Fates.
An interesting contrast between the two. Fates is intense in parts, while Hero's builds up the tension.
My two cents.

I'm actually glad that you pointed that out, jedi2187, I actually noticed that the ending of the phrase of "Battle of the Heroes" and the beginning of the phrase "Duel of the Fates" actually are the same chord. So, I mixed the two notes so they perfectly mix together.
