He loses every one of his powers and adamantium claws. NO CLAWS. NO ANIMALISTIC SENSES. NO SUPERHUMAN ANYTHING. And ESPECIALLY NO HEALING FACTOR. He gets fully restored after every fight. no PIS or CIS

In any case he loses to Elektra or Batman. Probably Elektra.
