Whether or not he'd be out fought and overpowered is yet to be seen. Nomi only has a few months of training, so shouldn't she be as weak as ROTJ Luke, Faunus? Or is ROTJ Luke stronger then you are letting on? Ulic also took out Cay rather easily, so he could do it again. He could probably take Nomi too, but wouldn't because he would fall into shock from having killed his brother and wouldn't want to fight Nomi because he was in love with her.
