Comet Man-Besides his superhuman strength, Comet Man can project spheres of concussive energy from his hands at will. He possesses telekinetic powers which enable him to levitate objects. He most often employs this power to fly by levitating himself. His resistance to injury has increased to superhuman levels, enabling him to recover with superhuman rapidity from bullet wounds and to survive the heat of re-entry from outer space through Earth's atmosphere without harm.

Northstar-Northstar's mutant powers include the ability to utilize the atomic motion within his molecules to propel his body at superhuman speeds. Theoretically, Northstar has the potential to travel at speeds approaching light itself. While doing so, he can avoid most bodily harm and survive temperature extremes. He also emits a soft, blue light.

Aurora-She has the powers of flight and superhuman speed (theoretically able to approach light-speed). Originally, while in contact with her brother, the pair could emit bursts of light, but, at one point, she had her powers altered by Walter Langkowski (Sasquatch), her lover at the time to "cloak" her from mutant-detection devices (such as Sentinels). She soon discovered that she could produce light independently, and touching her brother actually cancelled the ability. It appears that this may have become undone in recent years, returning this ability to its original state.
