Tower of Babel but for every hero.
You are Batman. Like in the tower of Babel storyline, he discovers numerous weakness to exploit and Defeat the JLA.
Can you think of other heroes who have glaringly obvious weaknesses that can be used against them? How would you go about defeating specific characters in the DCU or the MU?

obvious and easily exploitable weaknesses? hmmmmm......
Wolverine's and DareDevil's super-hearing.... that should be able to be used against them reasonably easily
Doctor Spectrum's weakness to the ultra violet spectrum
Captain America, Gambit, Cyclops, Spider-Man, Wasp, Xavier, Doctor Strange, etc, etc - weak against being shot in the face with a handgun
