I beleive the Nuclear Bomb is a TOOL, and It should be used.

1st- If you are a target then you better have many sub targets, they take out one place, we could still retaliate in a number of ways.

The Problem is that Canada is not Nuclear... closest is that we held some 50 bombs during the cold war... I visisted the bunkers, pretty cool. (not public) (which added to the "awsome factor")

The atom bomb is not a tool, as it is an implement of destruction. And augmentation of evil. The true definition of a tool is is an instrument that assists in the act of creation and construction. The idea of wiping out completely a race or civilization hardly seems like a positive to me...

Perhaps, but just 'cause it's there doesn't mean it HAS to be used.

The whole purpose of the these bombs is to act a deterrent to prevent war. Admittedly this won't be as effective once everyone Nation and their dog has some.
