sure he does. Green goblin posseses great agility and reflexes which venoms are most likly less than. He would stay away from venom while laughing which would continually weaken the symbiot then he would throw some pumpkin heads that would explode on venom now weakened and slowed by the laugh exploiting the second weakness of the symbiot, fire. Then venom passes out leaving Green Goblin the victor.
