this is a very close fight. both likely on the same tier -- skyfather level, somwhere below galactus.
honestly, this is really close. thor might be prone to less holding back and i'd guess he could still go warrior mad. both were relatively new to their powers . . .
i'd say thor 6/10, but not with much confidence.

I'd lean with the Keeper in this one. From what I know of them the Keeper fought Galactus and I don't think King Thor is quite in that level. Does anyone have more info these two?

the keeper fought and for a lil while, subdued a very weakened galactus, but galactus just came back and whooped the keeper's ass even with rad goin all out.
