Lex Luthor vs Kingpin and DareDevil
Lex's out to take over NY's club land as part of a plot to ensnare young super-powered mutants through his cadre of imported 'women of easy virtue'. hoping that once they're ensnared by these women, they'll sign-up to his rival superhero organisation (tentatively called The Power Company).
anyway, he finds that Kingpin is controlling the prostitution business and also pressuring the clubs to pay protection money and so - rashly - confronts him and smacks him up a bit. not realising how tough Kingpin is and how resourceful too, he things the matter resolved only to find one of his henchmen decapitated and dumped in his limo a few days later.
Kingpin has convinced DareDevil to join him in fighting Lex, as Lex and LexCorp would be far worse than the petty crime rackets that Kingpin has going.
