A fully powered Nefaria is pretty damn powerful but BRB is severely under-rated and can be pretty damn nasty when he wants to be and doesnt suffer from the mental baggage of Thor, ie., he can cut loose when he wants to. The only way BRB l loses is if he is stupid enough to use a super-powerful lightning attack and give Nefaria and ionic boost. I dont know if a strategy to overload Nefaria with ionic power would work either. In anycase, BRB would win, he was born to kill.
