X-Man vs X-Man(who wields their power the best?)

The question is not which X-Man has the coolest power, but who wields their specific power the best. Well????

Storm, probably.

If you ignore the fact that Cyclops can't really control his power, he is still perhaps the most accurate and effective with them.

I'd say it's Scott for that simple fact. His uncotrollable blasts would be something impossible to deal with, but he does it anyway. I think he gets the most out of his power lb for lb. He is a dead eye(no pun).

Heh, here comes a fanboy statement. Wolverine is pretty damn good with his powers too, he sure drains his healing factor all the time (preventing the poisoning) and we all know his claws, don't we?

Wolverine .....after all he wields his power over myriads of fanboys with abounding ease, and even though he is merely a fictional character in a comic book he still manages to hold the endless legions that call him Lord and Master in his thrall! Thus Wolbereen takes the cake ......plus he has shiny claws and a healing factor.

Then there is Angel. He manages to hover in a room ....WITHOUT flapping his wings! That is quite the feat for a character that has to use wings to fly/soar/hover/etc. To hover in a room (meaning no thermals etc etc etc) without wing flapping is quite amazing.

Although I guess the greatest X-man of all is the Hulk's tailor (the Hulk may not be an x-man, but his tailor is). And yes, that tailor has to be an X-man due to the amazing power he manifests when he makes the trousers that the Hulk wears. After all, every time the Hulk changes ....gaining mass and girth ......everything gets ripped to shreds apart from his trusty pants. That is amazing power, and that is why he is an X-man.
He is also quite expensive ......which is why he only takes care of the pants and not the rest of the Hulk's clothes. Banner is apparently a little 'embarassed' about a 'certain' body part of his, and thus he decides that it is probably best to cover that area and that area only (since a 3-piece suit made by the super-tailor would be too expensive).
As an aside: This super-tailor is the same one who measures Rogue out for her clothes (he is one of very few people who are immune to her absorption powers, and thus he can touch and measure her at will).
He also makes the clothes for Bobby, which can turn to ice with him, and revert back to normal without a problem.
Add to this the fact that he is the one responsible for the 1980s look that Jubilee wears .....he likes to explore past decades, and Jubilee is always willing to be his guinea pig (in more ways than one ....hint hint ....let's say there is a reason Jubilee is always releasing sparks and stuff, and it ain't the Fourth of July).

Anyways ....the Tailor wins.

Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with its surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply, and multiply until every natural resource is consumed. And the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You are a plague, and we...are the cure.

I think I'll go with Cyclops as well...picture what more powerful members such as Marvel Girl or Iceman would be like if Cyclops had been mastering them since he became an X-Man...Xavier of course gets honorable mention & Emma is pretty creative with her telepathy as well

Gotta say Wolverine. He purposely forgot all the fighting skills and experience he had back in the day, so he could get beat down in almost every fight he's in, just so he can flex his healing-factor muscles.

I'm going to say that it comes down to Emma Frost and Professor Charles Xavier.
Both of them had to learn how to control and use their powers by themselves, they never had someone to teach them. They never went into the future to hone their skills.(Jean Grey). Okay I admit that Emma had Bloom but that was for a short period of time.
Both of them are very creative with their Telepathy.(More so Emma due to the lack of morals)

Because of Bloom I'd say:
Xavier followed closely by Emma.

If this is after Astonishing 14 then:

Spoilers
Scott may be able to control his powers.

Well if you get down to it you gota break it down to wat is the power or powers how are they used, how else are the power/powers maniplulated.
Good example Bishop who can take his power and use super strength, energy syphon, energy progection, energy conduction, kenetic heat buid up, mild kentetic energy bombs. Impressive fighting skills, wepons specialist, and a resistance to certain powers after experiencing them gradually. That on top of his knowledge of just about every mutant makes very deadly.
other nominations:
Cyke
Kitty
Havok
Cable
