I think that punisher could win if he didn't underestimate freeze...if there was prep i would give it pun but if there was none than i say that freeze takes the majority...but frank could still win without prep maybe 4/10 times...
as much as i love freeze as a character, hes not the greatest combat specialist in the world, a grenade could break his suit open, a bullet in one of the joints or some electricity might skrew with the refridgeration system. id maybe give it to freeze 5/10. hes probably my favourite batman villian and he has heaps of depth and stuff, but hes just not a great physical threat against someone who knows how to deal with him.
Stop posting on Punisher threads, you would say he would lose to Aunt May if you got the chance
Punisher with prep 10/10
Punisher without prep 7/10
Freezes armor might stop a few bullets, but not enough to secure a victory
