How dangerous would Magneto be, if Galactus had made him his premier herald, and Erik still kept his vast em manipulation skills??
If using his powers to the utmost didn't tax him as it does??

Who could take a clear majority over him, without going to Celestial level??

Too bad Flash 1Million doesn't exist, and WW1Million ain't that great, Barda beat her. Superman Prime hasn't a veritable leg to stand on, Genis is too inconsistent, and SBP has been beaten. And rather lacklusterly at that.
PC superman wouldn't be able to touch him, if he flooded the area with k-nite radiation. Stalemate.
Everybody else on your list, i may agree is somewhat outta reach.
I refuse the acknowledge Logan's presence.
