Night Warrior
This isn't meant as spam so please don't take it as such.
What I'm looking for are people's genuine thoughts on Night Warrior - http://www.mod-life.com/nw/
The website and the comic was relaunched in January and so now we're trying to gather people's opinions on it.
Everything from the website to the comics themselves. Anything you don't like, how we can improve things, what you love, what you hate. Do you like the stories? The artwork? Absolutely anything.
We need to know because since the website was relaunched, our forums have pretty much died so it's hard to get a feeling for what people like and don't like about Night Warrior.

Though the concept is not my cup o' tea (vigilante w/ no powers fighting street-level crime), I gotta say: overall it's a pretty good effort. The art is not pro level, but it ain't bad, especially if it tends toward style rather than detail. The character and his background...like I said, not my type, so I may be biased. Nothing struck me as new or different. Maybe give him a quirk, some oddity, something which makes JW stand-out from previous efforts. Otherwise, IMO, "we've seen this before."
Stay with it, but you may wanna think outside the box a bit.

Thanks. This is exactly what I want. Honest opinions.
I'd say though that some of the villains and stories coming up are quite different to what I've read i other comics. But we've just started.
Anyone else?

I like it.  That art is not my style, really, but I don't say that it's bad. Better then anything I could do. But the story is good (although I kind of agree with Mindship there about new ideas). I'm definitely going to read this more.

You seem to be one of the few. I've had lots of negative feedback about the need to register. So much so that we're thinking of ways to make it more appealing. Discounts for the merchandise and that sort of thing.

For those of you who are interested in Night Warrior or publishing comics in general, if you check out the Night Warrior blog at the site you can see what the first ever print issue is going to look like.
Kind of shows what can be done even is you just start out as a small webcomic.

Is anyone going to the Bristol Comics Expo this week?
If you are then a team from Night Warrior is going to be there. We'll have a stall and a Q and A session.
Hope to see some of you there. Or anyone for that matter.
