Gladiator's main weakness seems to be his confidence in his ability/powers. Well for this gauntlet, Dr. Strange casts a spell on Kallark. Making him incapable of losing confidence. In other words, he'd be afraid of nothing and nothing would faze his confidence. His powers would be at his all time high.
Kallark and his opponents are all out for blood. They are all fighting out of character and will do anything to kill one another.
Can he make it through the gauntlet?
He gets a day of rest between each gauntlet battle.

The Gauntlet:
1. Aunt May(Warm Up)
2. Doc Samson
3. Steel(John/Classic Steel)
4. Iron Man in his Extremis Suit with control of all of his armors. Sans the Asgardian Armor.
Gladiator has too much speed, strength and offensive weopons for 1, 2, 3 and 4. Wonder Woman may get 1-3/10 victories. IMO, Supes and Glads split the matches even. Silver Surfer takes 6-7/10. Thanos wins 9.5/10.
