In the future Spider-man bonded with the Venom symbiot and became a evil all most unbeatable ruler.Terminator has been sent back in the past to kill Spider-man before he and Venom bonded.He has a file on Spider-man's publicly known powers and some ability's.But does not know he is Peter Parker so he must go after Spider-man and he will stop a nothing until he is dead.Terminator can not bring any weapons with him so he will have to steal them like always.The symbiot has lift Eddie and is looking for Spider-man as a new host.Terminator has 72 hours before Spider-man is to bounded with the symbiot.Can Terminator track find fight and kill Spider-man before it is to late.Or will Spider -man rip apart Terminator if they meat.

Agreed!! If it's the T-800 Arnie terminator, Spidey rips him a new one EASILY....if it's the T-1000 or T-X terminators, Spidey is going to have A LOT more trouble beating them...but Spider-man's no dummy!!! Being the science-whiz he is, he would figure out a way of defeating them with time...and the Terminator can forget about trying to shoot Spider-man with guns! Spidey's too fast and has spidey-senses. Terminator would never get a shot off or a punch landed!!
Spider-man webs him, yanks Arnie to him, and punches his head off as he flies by....
...Or Spider-man just picks up a bulldozer and throws it on top of Terminator's legs....while Terminator's immobilized, Spidey pulls his head off!!!!
Spidey wins this soooo many different ways, it's not even funny!!!!

Yes it is, and since this is not alive Spidey wouldn't hold back and rip it to shreds for he is stronger and faster. If it was a T-X or T1000 then it would be a longer fight but I would still give it to Spidey.
