Now I should note, that Leo does NOT have access to any orbital frame. Whether it be Jehuty or Vic Viper.
Round 1: Anything goes, low blow's, Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique, you name it.
Round 2: Duke has a heart virus and is missing an arm.
