Help me remember the title of this movie please

Help me remember the title of this movie please

I have been trying desperately to remember this movie I watched when I was but a small boy. Its about a cyborg that spends most of the movie chasing after these two people. Why I don't remember.

Its starts out in a first person view of the cyborg waking up and walking out of the facility un-noticed. It woke up too early. I forget the major portion of the movie but at the end they kill it by tying its arms and legs to two different trucks. The trucks drive in opposite directions and pull the cyborg apart.

If anyone can help it would be great. I've been searching the internet and I keep coming up blank.

Wow thanks a lot. I found it from that list. Its called R.O.T.O.R. I recognise the cover and the synopsis seems to fit. Wow, I'm so happy. Now I gotta set out to uncover a copy for myself. Thanks a billion.
